12 November 2022 – Chairman Taaleem Foundation Dr. Zafar Qadir speak at the 10th International Conference on Biological and Computational Sciences at the Capital University of Science and Technology (CUST) Islamabad. Other panel members were Dr Muhammad Mukhtar, Vice Chancellor of National Skill University Islamabad; and Dr Khalid Farooq, Professor of Urology at Foundation University, Rawalpindi.
Co-curricular activities are part of the education system, which enhances learning and leadership skills in students to promote their unexplored abilities. On Iqbal Day celebrations, FC School & College Kohlu, organized a district-wide Quiz/Speech competition. Only 3 students TF Grammar School Kohlu participated, and all won the prizes. Ms. Spozhmai from 7th grade got the first position in a speech titled “Iqbal K Shaheen”. She got Medal, Trophy, and a 15000 cash prize. In the Quiz competition, Muhammad Younas (7th grade) and Muhammad Akmal (8th grade) both got the third
position. They got a medal plus a 5000 cash prize. Their prizes made the school faculty proud and encouraged other students to be part of these types of healthy and competitive activities.
08 November 2022 – The Innoversity signs an MOU with SE Technologies to jointly promote high-value training courses and their international certification through Certiport testing service. The Innoversity gets exclusive rights for AJK, Balochistan and Sindh. This would improve employ-ability of skillful youth in Pakistan. Dr. Zafar Qadir, Chairman Innoversity and Ms. Sonia Saleem, CEO SET signed the MOU.
Mr Abdul Hameed Korai, Assistant Commissioner Sui organized a workshop on “Progressive Education, Guaranteeing Bright Future” at Taaleem Foundation Education Complex, which was attended by the school heads, teachers, parents, students and civil society members. Moreover, Assistant Commissioner Sui emphasized that education is the only means by which a nation can achieve success.All the management/facilitation of this seminar was done profoundly by Principal TFGS Sui. The ultimate goal of this seminar was to encourage the students towards education and to motivate teachers to become the best educationists. Mr. Korai especially thanked the management of this seminar and expressed his view that this type of event should continue in society for promoting education.
Taaleem Foundation not only focus on the standardized education but also on the mental and physical well being of the children. Our teachers try to provide students practical experience through co curricular and extra curricular activities. TFGS Mastung is providing quality education to its students for nearly three decades.
On 14th of October 2022, TF Mastung team organized a funfair and project exhibition at School. Ms Shagufta Noreen, Chief Operating Officer of TF was the chief guest of the event. She went round the exhibition and took a keen interest in the exhibition and interacted with the students about their projects. The theme for this year’s exhibition was ‘Science”. All the participants was very confident and presented their projects with enthusiasm.
Primary objective of the funfair was to apprise the students about entrepreneurial skills and ways to lead a life with honour and dignity, with whatever little they can spend. The school children as early as third graders and above were seen helping their teachers sell confectionery and cultural items with smiles written all over their faces. At funfair, the acted in plays, participated in puppet shows, exhibiting cultures, showing their arts (local music / dance in variety programs. So, funfair provides a wide area for expressing and proving their talents. This type of events helps children learn socialization and free their mind from exhausting study routines.
This 14 August 2022 marked the 75th independence day of Pakistan. Taaleem Foundation Schools celebrated diamond jubilee of independence with patriotic zeal and fervour as usual. Quaid’s vision is the cornerstone of developing leadership qualities in students at school level. Nurturing students with the same vision, TF teachers organized debates, role-plays, and sang milli-naghmay with the students to strengthen the sense of pride, identity and freedom. All the students were dressed in green & white to make this day more special and memorable.
Mr Asim Mushtaq, CEO Taaleem Foundation visited TF Grammar School Zhob on 11th August 2022. While inspecting classes he praised the quality schooling, discipline and moral education. He interacted with students, staff and inquired about the facilities being provided to them. The CEO emphasized focusing on curriculum, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities as well so that students excel in academics and practical life. He expressed satisfaction over the functioning of the institution and donated 25 thousand rupees for school library.
He provided career guidance to grade 9 and 10 students through career counseling and mentor session on entrepreneurship. He also elaborated upon the requirements for different professions. In the interactive session students posed various queries and they all really enjoyed the session.
