He is a graduate of Nishtar Medical College Multan, specializing in dermatology, with a master degree in public health. Having worked at the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission, he is based in PIMS Islamabad. He looks after the Institutional Linkages in the sectors of Education, Public Health and Skill Development. He also heads TF Health Initiatives (TFHI) as at CEO.
