Balochistan, the largest of the four provinces of Pakistan, spreads over an area of 347,190 Sq, Kms., forming 43.6 per cent of the total area of Pakistan. It has clustered population and is smallest in proportion as compared to that of other provinces. Its population, according to 1998 census, is xx million, having a low density per square kilometer. Physically, Balochistan is an extensive plateau of rough terrain divided into basins by ranges of sufficient heights and ruggedness. Broadly, Balochistan geographic area can be divided in to four distinct zones: Upper high lands, lower high lands, plains, and deserts.The government of Balochistan has played a vital role in ensuring that Taaleem Foundation schools continue to provide quality education in years to come.
Taaleem foundation is also thankful to the government and the people of Japan for provided financial support to contribute two school buildings for establishing the campuses of TF Grammar School System at Killa Saifullah and Muslim Bagh through small schemes grant for NGOs. The need assessment was done by His Excellency The Ambassador of Japan while driving from Islamabad to Quetta via Waziristan, Zhob and Kila Saifullah during late 1990s.
Balochistan Education Foundation (BEF) is a rapidly growing development organization which aims to bring lasting solutions in the Education sector of Balochistan province.  BEF is perating as an apex body in 4.5 years World Bank funded Primary Education initiative; Balochistan Education Support Project (BESP). The project has established 648 community and 207 private school in all 30 districts of the province. It is identified as the best project in South Asia by the World Bank’s Quality Assessment Group (QAG).
National Institute of Medical and Social Sciences (NIMSS) is a not for profit trust, which was launched in late 2010 to carry forward the project of setting up a Medical and Social Science University along with a supporting 500 bed hospital. It is located in the upcoming Phase-II extension of Defense Housing Authority Islamabad (DHAI) developing fast into one of the most central and sought after locations in the northern region of Pakistan.
Akhuwat was established in 2001 with the objective of providing interest free microfinance to the poor so as to enhance their standard of living. Drawing on the principles of social justice and brotherhood, Akhuwat strives to alleviate poverty by creating a system based on mutual support in society. To this end, Akhuwat has adopted microfinance as its operational strategy with the loans being offered in accordance with the doctrines of Qarz-e-Hassan. Akhuwat levies no interest on its loans, operates through religious places and seeks to inspire and harness the spirit of volunteerism in society. The mandate of Akhuwat extends beyond financial transactions as it makes every effort to guide, support and empower the poor. Akhuwat is registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860.

Taba Foundation is a network of NGOs and Community Based Organizations that are committed to provide social and humanitarian services to the deserving communities facing hardships at the time of natural and human-induced disasters. ZAREEF KHAN FOUNDATION (ZKF) was established by Dr. Muhammad Zareef Khan (1902 - 1995). ZKF is registered under the Societies Act of 1860 as a non-profit NGO (Non- Government Organisation) since 1998; aiming to work in such multi-sectoral projects which have a direct socio economic impact on the society. From 1988-90, it promoted environment friendly clay-dome architecture for the rural areas, which are traditionally popular in parts of Afghanistan and Iran. ZKF operates two schools: one each at Peshawar and Tirkha (district Nowshera) and Education Research and Information Centre (ERIC) at Peshawar.
