National Institute of Medical and Social Sciences (NIMSS) is a not for profit trust, which was launched in late 2010 to carry forward the project of setting up a Medical and Social Science University along with a supporting 500 bed hospital. It is located in the upcoming Phase-II extension of Defense Housing Authority Islamabad (DHAI) developing fast into one of the most central and sought after locations in the northern region of Pakistan.
This company was formed into 2002 with an aim of bringing newer services within the Telephone-Voice based value added sector, such as Call Centers and IVR based Premium rate/toll free automated Information bureaus. Phonecast got its first edge by availing the facility to launch its nationwide operations from a single transit point, i.e. Karachi. The education consultancy (TEC) is a Karachi based educational consultancy firm that specializes in conducting Computer – Based Testing Service (CBTS) for secondary school examinations in Pakistan. TEC provided CBTS services to Aga Khan Board of Examination and Karachi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education during 2013. TEC has signed an MOU with Taaleem Foundation for offering similar services to the students appearing in TF Board of Examination (classes V-VIII). For detail please see
TeleCare is a private limited company, created by forming a consortium of leading experts from the filed of Medicine and Information Technology to create a state of the art platform on Tele-care services. These members are from Pakistan, Germany, Korea, Romania, UAE, USA, UK and Bangladesh. The services offered range from providing 24/7 basic health support through Telephone, to providing remote patient monitoring services as well as Creating Electronic Medical record data base accessible from Computers and Mobile phones. TF Health Initiative (TFHI)
TFHI is a public health initiative of Taaleem Foundation – an NGO striving to educate and engineer social change in the remote and under-privileged areas of Pakistan.
TFHI was born in Zhob (Fort Sandeman - Balochistan) during 1991, when Taaleem Foundation ventured in providing ‘School Health Services’ to the students and teachers of ‘Taaleem Foundation Grammar School System’, which at that time, comprised of only schools, one each at Kohlu and Zhob. Center of Pakistan and International Relations (COPAIR) is a strategic think tank working on diplomacy, human rights - including women and youth, environment and political economy. COPAIR with the collaboration of UN APC ICT and other international organizations is establishing the “Centre for Women Empowerment” to reduce gender inequality and bridge the digital divide. COPAIR is also setting up a “Peace Academy” to channelize the energies of youth in the positive direction. COPAIR is looking for strategic partnership with Taaleem Foundation to support the marginalized community through “one district one product” concept and linking the products of rural women with international market, using information technology; i.e., e-Commerce and e-Trade platform.
